The winners of the Snow Days Chicago snow sculpture competition were announced Saturday night. The spectacular "Chinese Opera" design, created by a team from China, won both first place and the people's choice award.

A sculpture called "Nightlife Lantern" by a team from Wisconsin took second place, and a team from Michigan won third place honors for their "Five Seconds of Life" sculpture.

The sculpture exhibition has been drawing a crowd to Grant Park since Wednesday.
