Mayor Daley will not be called to testify in the trial of a developer charged with bribing Isaac Carothers.

The defense attorney for Calvin Boender said Monday he will not call Daley in Boender's defense and he probably will not call 10 Chicago aldermen as he'd originally planned.

Boender is accused of providing former alderman Isaac Carothers with $40,000 worth of home improvements in exchange for help with a zoning change.
