A man who allegedly tried to rape a woman at knifepoint on Chicago's North Side has been charged.

Thirty-six-year-old Bryon Terrell faces numerous charges, including attempted aggravated criminal sexual assault.

Terrell and the woman apparently met at a Lincoln Park bar. Neighbors reportedly heard the woman's screams and came to her assistance. Police arrested Terrell a short time later at Armitage and Racine.
