It happened around 4 p.m. on Friday in the 1400-block of West 110 Street.
Witnesses say a 17-year old male and 7-year old Kierra Stevenson were standing together when two men drove up in a black two-door Oldsmobile and opened fire.
The teenager was wounded in the shoulder. Stevenson was shot in the leg and is expected to be OK.
