An Aurora man was sentenced to prison for a 2007 car crash that killed his two passengers.

A judge sentenced 26-year-old Thomas Ofenloch to ten years behind bars. The judge refused to give Ofenloch credit for time already served.

Ofenloch pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence in the August 2007 crash in Sugar Grove in which his car hit a tree.

Joshua Sutton, 21, and Andrew Berger, 21, were killed.
