Rahm Emanuel talks to West Side commuters

The former Chicago congressman greeted CTA commuters on the West Side and then chatted with diners in a restaurant.

Emanuel resigned as White House chief of staff last Friday because he wants to succeed Mayor Daley who is retiring after six terms.
