Former Hanover Township official accused of stealing $200K

Forty-five-year-old Aurea Picasso allegedly used the money to pay for personal expenses, including her daughter's 'sweet 16' party. She is charged with theft from a government entity which is punishable by up to 30 years in prison.

Picasso was already serving time for an unrelated identity theft. She was scheduled to be released when she was charged with the latest offense.
