Dr. Ernest Panos, of Harwood Heights, is accused of fondling a 13-year old female patient last August.
This is the second time the 79-year-old doctor has been charged in this case. The original charges were dropped last August and then re-filed after a further investigation.
Panos's office is in the 4800-block of North Milwaukee Avenue on the city's Northwest Side.
