It happened around 7:20 a.m. between Willow and Tower roads.
The driver of the double bottom semi trailer apparently lost control on the snow and ice. The vehicle spun around and landed across all northbound lanes of traffic.
Three other vehicles were involved in the crash.
No serious injuries have been reported.
The area is now cleared and traffic is back to normal.
