The traditional lion dance kicked off a Chinese New Year's celebration Saturday night at the Sheraton Hotel on North Water.More than 1,000 people were expected to attend. Organizers say it's the largest Chinese community event in the Midwest.
This is the year of the rabbit.
ABC7's Judy Hsu was the emcee for the celebration.
