Authorities say the prostitution crackdown started in December, with the most recent arrests last Friday.
The suspects include alleged prostitutes, pimps and would-be customers who answered online adds to meet prostitutes at five hotels.
Police also say they seized $2,000, 11 cell phones and 10 vehicles.
