A 74-year-old Elgin man is accused of putting sleeping pills into the drinks of his home health care workers.

Police say he sexually assaulted one woman while she was under the influence of the drugs.

Prosecutors have charged Raymond Kvacik with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.

Police arrested him after an undercover officer went to his home and reportedly saw Kvarcik put something into her drink.
