Cup of coffee a day may lower stroke risk in women

That's compared with women who drank less, according to a report in Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association.

Coffee may help by reducing inflammation, oxidative stress and improving insulin sensitivity.

Scientists say it's too soon to change coffee-drinking habits based on this study but the report should ease concerns of some women.
