Goya donates 75,000 pounds to food bank

A big delivery of much-needed food arrived at the Greater Chicago Food Depository Wednesday.

The 75,000 pound shipment is courtesy of Goya foods, which is the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the U.S. The donation to food banks and shelters around the country is to celebrate the company's 75th year in business.

Goya says is wants to donate one million pounds of groceries.
