Wednesday, April 6 is National Caramel Popcorn Day, and Chicago's own Garrett Popcorn is celebrating. Garrett gave away a complimentary snack size bag at its stores in the city during lunctime Wednesday.
For each bag given away, $1 will be donated to help children impacted by Japan's earthquake and tsunami.
