April 14, 2011 (GARY, Ind.) --
A man from Portage, Ind., died in a car crash on the Borman Expressway Thursday morning.It happened in a construction zone east of Central Avenue in Gary. No workers were injured.
State police are still investigating but they believe the driver of a pickup truck hit the back of a freightliner semi-flat bed. The pickup lost control and flipped over.
The driver was thrown from the truck.
