Friends of James Foley have gone online with their efforts to find the Wisconsin reporter, who is missing in Libya.

Foley went to Northwestern University for graduate school and once lived in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood.

On April 5th, he and three other reporters were covering the conflict in Libya when, witnesses say, they were taken by pro-Gaddafi forces. Foley's friends have created a website, a facebook page and an online petition calling for Foley's release. So far, more than 5,000 people have signed up.
