Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Don Q Cristal
0.5 oz. lemon
0.5 oz. sugar cane syrup
2 raspberries
Cilantro sprig
2.0 oz. Fentimans rose lemonade
Directions:
Muddle raspberries and cilantro.
Add all ingredients besides lemonade in mixing glass.
Strain into champagne flute.
Top with lemonade and garnish with raspberry speared on cilantro stem.
Mocktail version:
Substitute rum with 2 oz. Ruby Red grapefruit juice.
