Lawsuit filed in golf cart death

Lawrence Schad died last November when the unmanned EZ-Go cart struck him on the 14th hole at the club.

The suit claims there was a problem with the accelerator that led to the accident. The suit is seeking more than $200,000 from EZ-Go and $100,000 from the Evanston Golf Club.
