Can't find the time to exercise for 30 minutes every day? It might be OK - according to a new study, all you need is 15 minutes.

Regular exercise strengthens muscles, reduces risk of certain diseases and relieves mental stress, so the more, the better.

Researchers in Taiwan set out to find the minimum amount of physical activity needed to reap all the health benefits.

They found 15 minutes of moderate exercise every day can lead to a longer life.

The study appears in "The Lancet."
