An Indiana soldier seriously wounded in Afghanistan has been arrested in connection with a shooting.

Eric Braman, 24, turned himself in to face preliminary charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and possession of a handgun without a permit.

He allegedly fired two shots during an argument Saturday in Lafayette, Ind. Another man suffered minor injuries and refused treatment.

A homecoming parade scheduled for Sunday to honor Braman was canceled.
