The auditions traditionally draw hundreds of aspiring actors.
Doors opened at 9:30 a.m.
Young performers were being asked to recite a poem or monologue and to sing acapella, preferably a holiday song or Christmas carol.
Those interested in auditioning need a photo and resume, but experience is not required.
