Ted Allen's Wine and Food Pairings

Before heading there, Ted joined us in our kitchen with ideas for pairing food with wine and to demonstrate his recipes for steak with Chimichurri Sauce and a fresh Grilled Corn Tomato Salad.

You can meet Ted Allen Saturday at Chicago Gourmet at Millennium Park. He's doing a cooking demo at 2:30 and a book signing at 4:45 at the Robert Mondavi discover wine site. Then he has a cooking demo with pastry chef Gale Gand at 5:30 at the main stage. Tickets to Chicago Gourmet are $150 for the day or $250 for the weekend.
