You can meet Ted Allen Saturday at Chicago Gourmet at Millennium Park. He's doing a cooking demo at 2:30 and a book signing at 4:45 at the Robert Mondavi discover wine site. Then he has a cooking demo with pastry chef Gale Gand at 5:30 at the main stage. Tickets to Chicago Gourmet are $150 for the day or $250 for the weekend.
