Firefighters rescued the two victims from their burning home early Monday morning in Glendale Heights.
The fire apparently started in a back bedroom of the home on Fullerton Avenue.
Details on the conditions of the victims were not expected to be released until later Monday.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
