The threat was phoned in around 10:30 a.m. and it made reference to Barsema Hall, which houses the NIU College of Business. The building was cleared, and a campus advisory was issued.
After an extensive search, the building was given an "all clear." Classes were scheduled to resume at 3 p.m. Monday.
Police are trying to figure out who phoned in the threat.
