The workers rallied in front of Rolf's Patisserie in Lincolnwood. They say Rolf's owner owes them unpaid wages and failed to give them 60 days notice of the bakery's closing as called for by state law.
Rolf's closed on December 10.
According to the lawsuit , employees learned of the closure the next day on the bakery's website.
ABC7's calls to the bakery's owner have not been returned.
