Michael Saunders, Harold Richardson, Terrill Swift, and Vincent Thames were at the Cook County Criminal Courts building for the decision by the state's attorney's office.
"I was just anxious this morning...now we can get back to normalcy, I guess," Swift said.
"[I'll] continue to see my family every day and just enjoy life," said Thames.
"It's a great day, that's all I can say. It's a great day," said Saunders.
A recent DNA search matched another man to the murder of Nina Glover back in 1994. That suspect, who was later convicted of a different murder, has since died.
