Possible iPad link to poor posture

If your neck and shoulders are aching, your tablet may be to blame.

Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health say putting an iPad or similar device on your lap can lead to poor posture. That can result in aching shoulders and neck injuries.

To prevent these problems, you might want to prop your tablet on a table, preferably in an elevated position.

Otherwise, you are putting yourself at risk for what some are calling "iPad shoulder."
