A Downers Grove couple was seriously injured when Raihan Sayeed hit their car after he ran a stop sign back in 2009.
Last year, Sayeed pleaded guilty and was placed on probation. As part of that deal he was supposed to write the injured couple an apology. He hasn't done that.
So, the judge denied the teen's request to attend the Grammy Awards ceremony on Sunday.
