Chicago plane skids off runway in New York

A United plane from Chicago slid off the runway in Rochester, N.Y., Wednesday night.

No one was hurt.

United flight 3350 landed just after 11:30 p.m. with 45 passengers on board.

The plane slid off the end of the runway and skidded to a stop, ending up 50 to 75 feet off the runway.

There was no damage to the plane, but it was towed off the runway.

The flight was operated for United by Trans States Airlines, a regional carrier.
