Electricity aggregation on many local ballots

A slew electricity aggregation referendum questions are on this month's election ballots across the suburbs.Switching electricity providers will earn bonus cash for a local school.

So far, 20 Illinois communities have bargained for lower rates.

Hundreds more municipalities hope voters will allow them to do the same.
