Study: High fat meals lowers fertility

A new study finds men who eat high fat meals have a lower sperm count.

The study found those with the highest daily fat intake had a 43 percent lower total sperm count.

Scientists say although the study is small, it reminds us that male fertility is delicate and can be easily influenced by the same things that influence general health. Diet and exercise could be beneficial to improving a man's chance of having a child.
