Fiestas at Old San Juan

The Segundo Ruiz Belvis Cultural Center's annual fundraising concert transports participants to the spirit of the festival by replicating the streets of San Sebastian and incorporating the music and dancing. Plus, people celebrate by wearing the iconic costumes and cultural masks.

The concert takes place this Thursday at the Logan Square Auditorium, but they are here today to give us a an example of what you will see and hear.

The Segundo Ruiz Belvis Cultural Center is celebrating 41 years of providing valuable services to our communities in Chicago. As part of the celebration, SRBCC will transport the most festive celebration in Puerto Rico to Chicago. The San Sebastian Street Festival takes place every year in Puerto Rico and it is known for endless fun, music and dancing. By replicating the San Sebastian streets in Old San Juan, SRBCC will give everyone a chance to experience what it feels to be in Puerto Rico during this festival.
