Scott Webb organized the charity event called Crawling For the Fallen" to raise money for families of fallen officers.
Last May Webb was charged with taking more than $30,000 from the charity.
Webb disappeared. but was later found in Branson Missouri.
He faces up to 7 years in prison when he is sentenced next month.
