One of the victims of that Indiana State Fair stage collapse says she's still suffering in the aftermath of the tragedy.

Beth Urschell lost her partner Tammy Van Dam, who was killed when the rigging collapsed.

Urschell herself received multiple injuries.

Thursday, a study concluded the rigging didn't meet industry safety standards.

Seven died and dozens were injured.

"I'm reminded every day and every day I think of the loss I had and if we just hadn't gone she'd still be here," Urschell said.

Urschell says her injuries cost her job and said she still suffers from flashbacks and panic attacks.
