The 20th Annual International Festival Of Life continues through Sunday, July 8, 2012, in Washington Park. It features Reggae., African, Calypso and Rock music.
Also, this year, there will be things to celebrate Jamaica's 50th year of independence.
Among the performers are Queen Ifrica from Jamaica and Chicago's own band, Indika. They came into our ABC7 studio to give us a live preview of their performance.
