Lake Calumet search for Asian carp resumes

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources says DNA from the fish was detected in the lake in May and June.

Several nets and electro-fishing boats are being used to conduct the sampling over a four-day period.

The Obama administration is holding a public meeting in Chicago Wednesday to talk about efforts made to prevent the fish from moving into the Great Lakes.
