The jet apparently had a leaking hydraulic pump.
White smoke spewed from the back of the aircraft.
The jet was going to fly to Tokyo. It returned to the terminal so its 88 passengers could get off.
No one was injured.
The aircraft has been taken out of service for further inspection.
