Man fatally stabbed intervening in wife's argument

In the Roseland neighborhood, a man in his 50s was stabbed to death trying to intervene in an argument between his wife and another man on South Forest Avenue.

Police said a manhunt was under way to find the alleged stabber.

William Terry, of the 14100 block of South Tracy Avenue in Riverdale, was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office. The stabbing took place just after 7 p.m. Wednesday.
