That's what many people did Saturday at Chicago's recycling facility on North Branch Street.
Health officials say if old computers, household cleaners and such are not properly disposed of, hazardous substances can contaminate our air, soil and water.
The facility is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and the first Saturday of each month.
