Cucumber Salad

  • 1pc Seedless cucumber
  • 1 pc Lemon segments and juice
  • 2 tablespoons Good Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro fresh, chopped

    Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends. Cut into 3rd and slice very thin. Place into a bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients and give a easy mix, season and serve.
