Wilson said it happened as Midway Moving and Storage moved him from Vernon Hills to Chicago.
Among the items that Wilson says were lost are four game balls from his time with the Bears, along with an award he received while at the University of Louisville.
Wilson says the items are irreplaceable.
"They're a part of me, they're who I am and they're gone," Wilson said. "The first thing I did was check eBay to see if I saw anything out there, but unfortunately I'm here now today doing this."
Midway said in a statement that, "Mr. Wilson has signed in several places that he received all his items from midway in good condition."
