A $10,000 reward is being offered as family and police seek tips in the murder investigation of a northwest Indiana woman whose body was found in the parking lot of the Majestic Star Casino.

Austgen, 76, of St. John, Indiana, was found in her car with a single gunshot wound to her abdomen on March 29, 2013, after being kidnapped at gunpoint from her family business in Griffith, Ind. Police now believe that two rings worn by Augsten were also taken at the time of the abduction. Photos: Ring 1 Ring 2

In early April, police released photos of a suspect seen entering the business owned by Austgen.

Police announced Monday that they are also trying to identify a person of interest driving a black four door vehicle that picked up the suspect in the valet area of the Majestic Star Casino on March 28, 2013.

The Griffith Police Department is asking anyone who has information to contact them at 219-924-3141.
