University officials say the body of Dmitri Teplov was found in Pancoe Hall Sunday and that Teplov was a sophomore in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He was from New York City, officials said.
The cause of death was not known Monday morning. The university said there was no danger to other students. However, counseling services were being made available to members of the Northwestern community. Pancoe Hall is used for biochemistry and other biology classes.
