A Southwest Airlines flight from Orlando to Providence made an emergency landing because of unruly passengers.

The plane made an unscheduled stop in South Carolina, where federal agents removed three passengers from the plane and searched the carry on compartments. The plane was allowed to continue on to Providence and landed two hours later than expected.

A spokesperson from Southwest Airlines said there was a misunderstanding over the storage of some luggage.
