Patients rationing prescription drugs

Patients are benefitting from a surge of new inexpensive generic versions of widely used drugs for chronic conditions such as high cholesterol.

But the big negative is that people are rationing their own health care.

The IMS says this is the first time it has ever measured a decline in the 59 years it's been monitoring drugs.
