Johnny Borizov won't testify in his own defense at murder trial

The jury could get the case by Tuesday.

Borizov informed the judge of his decision Monday. He is accused of planning to kill the parents and brother of his girlfriend.

Jacob Nodarse has testified that he carried out the murders for Borizov in 2010.

Prosecutors say they could wrap up their rebuttal case by Monday morning and closing arguments could begin by the afternoon.
