The State of Illinois has advanced payments to the South Side hospital that will allow it to stay open for at least the next three weeks.
The hospital almost closed in June.
It was saved by a $350,000 payment from the state.
The latest payment will buy more time for the hospital and the state to determine Roseland's future.
