Miguel Vasquez, 20, is charged in connection with the shooting that left one man dead and three others wounded in the 2900-block of North Kilpatrick in June. The victims were on a front porch of a home when authorities say Vasquez approached on foot and fired multiple times.
Vasquez is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first degree murder and aggravated battery.
