A crowd of runners and walkers were on the move at the eighth annual Shorewood Scoot 5K Saturday.
Money raised benefits the "Make Your Mark" fund for neuroblastoma research in honor of Mark Staehely.
Mark was diagnosed when he was 12 and dedicated himself to collecting Christmas gifts for hospitalized children.
After Mark lost his battle the family and friends created the "Make Your Mark" fund.
This race has raised more than $100,000 over the last seven years.
